My name is Gerri-Lynn Fives. I am a REALTOR and resident in Coronado and I’ve been to Nicky Rottens five times in the past two and a half weeks. Phew that was easy. Let’s be honest, a year ago I had no clue what or who Nicky Rottens was! Island Sports & Spirits and the Surf Suds Laundromat sat on the corner of 1^st and Orange in Coronado for years. Not anymore. Coronado now has a great new eatery. Last month, Nicky Rottens opened its doors at 100 Orange Avenue in Coronado for business! I now know that Nicky Rottens is a Bar & Burger joint! The food is amazing! I am particularly fond of their fried zucchini and sweet potato fries. Their Papa’s Steak Sandwich has quickly become my favorite. The atmosphere is “fun” with all of their TV’s and sports enthusiasts. But who can resist the amazing views of the San Diego Bay and Downtown San Diego skyline! http://nickyrottens.com/
